Verizon One Talk Best Practice - Cut through the Email Clutter!

We recently met with some great VZW Sales Reps who had the follow suggestion for our team, and we really think this is a Best Practice that works both ways: 

  • Include the Customer Name and Lead ID # in the subject line of all email communications.

Since our mutual One Talk business is growing, this really helps everyone cut through the email clutter!
